The leaves are turning and there is a hint of 'nip' in the morning air. At this time of year, hearty dishes take centre stage - and we have plenty to tempt you with our new Autumn Menu. From rich, flavoursome Starters like our Confit of Goosnargh Duck Leg with celariac, pickled apple & quails egg, to generously tasty Mains in our Roasted Partridge with braised Savoy cabbage, or Loin of Lyth Valley Lamb with ewes cheese gnocchi & black olive, this is what Autumn eating is all about. You'll also find some stunning desserts; our Black Forest Sundae and Banoffi Sundae, each made with English Lakes Ice Cream and finished with original squirty cream are an especially decadent must!
